Airport

We are pleased to announce a significant expansion of our airport transfer service area that will lower the cost to a number of our present customers. The bottom of this page contains a list of cities to and from which we will now offer our airport transfer rates. Within this area, we will take you directly to or from any Chicago airport for our reduced airport transfer rate. The area is generally bordered by Chicago city limits to the south, route 83 to the west, Glenview Road to the north, and Lake Michigan to the east.

The special airport transfer rate is based on a portal-to-portal time of two hours (from the time the car leaves our garage in downtown Chicago, until it returns to the garage). Almost all of our airport transfers are completed with this time frame. However, if it takes us longer than two hours for your trip, we will charge you for the additional time. Unanticipated delays that cause the trip to extend beyond the two hours allotted will be charged in ¼ hour increments, at our regular hourly rates.

Some example of these delays are:

• Your luggage is lost.
• You wait to meet someone who is arriving on another flight.
  
• Your flight is delayed after the "final" arrival time is listed.
  
• The plane takes extra time to get to the gate and unload.
  
• Road conditions cause heavy and slow traffic.
  
• Your are delayed in leaving your home or office.

We will allow you to cancel any limousine, towncar, van, or SUV order with no charge until 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Minibuses may be canceled 3 days in advance, buses and motorcoaches 7 days in advance, also with no charge. If you cancel your order after these times, the vehicle minimum rate will be charged.

We will add our actual expenses such as tolls and airport access fees to your bill.
