_{How are clients met when arriving at Midway or O'Hare?}

Delaware Cars & Limousines offers airport arrivals two options,
our in-terminal representatives are available to "greet" you in the baggage claim area and escort you to your vehicle ($30 greet charge applies domestic arrivals, $35 international arrivals), or, once the arriving guest has retrieved all their luggage, they may call our toll free number 800-222-8370 and our dispatcher will instruct our vehicle to go to the exact pickup point. 

_{I only have carry on luggage and do not need to go to baggage claim, can I be picked up on the upper level of the airport?}

No, the City of Chicago will only allow passengers to be dropped off on the upper level, and picked up on the lower baggage claim area. All passengers must go through baggage claim.

_{I would like to place a new reservation, but have not used your services before, how can I go about setting up an account?}

Our reservationists will be happy to mail, fax, or e-mail an easy to fill out account application, and upon receipt an account can be created within minutes. It's quick, easy and secure.
